I was very blessed to get away this month from city jungle into a
mountain temple for a 10 days summer retreat in 2006.

It was a wonderful experience and good work-out during these
10 days retreat. The Four Realities were taught. It is the essential
gateway to entering into the way for all enlightened ones. We are
taught to contemplate these Four Transcendences on daily
courses:

1. Impermanence
2. Suffering
3. Emptiness
4. Selflessness

We practiced in turning the attention inward and looked our
bodily form as a skin bag of habitual obstructions which was
produced by the 12-fold routine of conditioning.

We practiced in everything with correct mindfulness in meditation,
from moment to moment, from siting, walking, seeing, hearing,
feeling, until the day is over and before going to bed, and trying
to consciously break through illusions by the Dharma teachings.

At the end of the last day, we dedicated all of our merit of
practices to all sentient beings.

May they be happy and peace.
May they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering.
May they be able to cultivate good cause of Happiness.
May they be spiritual full.
